I purchased the M5 after having the M5C and was really disappointed. The m5c is an awesome printer and has been loyal to general usage but when I got the m5 and it was nothing but a problem from the start. I had no usable prints from it. It would continuously dig into the plate and no matter whether I did offsets or changes the whole hotend several times it would not print anything that was useable. Maybe I had a dud unit but being a long anker user and the m5c being my first printer I was completely disappointed. Not what I was expecting from an anker product

Despite the images showing the gold connectors being pre-installed, they are not. Nor are they even in the packaging that was sent.
Eventually I was able to pry off the old ones with various tools but this added a lot more work to what should have been a simple job.
