Would be 5 stars but there are 2 versions of the extruder which the instruction video doesn't mention at all, to covert from version 1 to 2 you have to follow the text instructions. This cost me a couple of hours of frustrion.

Poor support so far and constantly sending me around in circles and clearly do not read the emails
